Award Nomination Forms

There are five specific leadership categories to nominate within, and nominees in these categories must be a GDMLI student or alumni:
• Business
• Civic
• Education
• Government
• Neighborhood

Our overall community leadership award, the A. Arthur Davis Distinguished Leadership Award is recognition for those who have adopted the heart of community trusteeship and have made significant and notable contributions for the betterment of the Greater Des Moines community. Nominees for this award do not need to be a graduate of the Institute.

Nominations for the 2008 Distinguished Leadership Awards were due March 21, 2008. Please consider nominating a community members or GDMLI alumni for the 2009 awards.
